「露出」は英語で「exposure」といいます。洋服の話をする場合には「revealing」という言い方を使います。
Her clothes are very revealing.

The clothes she has been wearing recently are very revealing.

英語で、「露出する」ことを「expose」と言います。

名詞の「露出」は「exposure」と言います。

In some Muslim countries, a woman in shorts and a tank top could be arrested for indecent exposure.
ちなみに、「露出度の高い服装」のことを「overexposed」ではなく、「revealing」といって、「a revealing dress.」と言います。
