Before the lesson,I would like to have free conversation
I'm not bothered if we don't finish all the material I can finish in my own time.
I enjoy the free conversation before we start the class and it's OK if we don't complete the material during class time
Let's see how far we get but it doesn't matter if we don;t finish the material
All of the above phrases are good for explaining your needs.
A teacher is always worried as some students expect the materials to be finished during the lesson time....sometimes this is not possible, Therefore, it is good to explain this to the teacher before the lesson and explain that you like having a small chat (free conversation) first.
Hope this helps
Jane :)
I don't care if we can't finish this material in this lesson.
I don't mind if we can't get through all of the text in this lesson.
It doesn't matter if we can't complete this text today, I'll do it by myself later.
I don't care
I don't mind
It doesn't matter
finish/get through/complete
I'll do it by myself later.
I would like us to do Free Conversation first. Do not worry about us finishing the material.I will finish it off later.
*I would like us to do Free Conversation first. Do not worry about us finishing the material.I will finish it off later.
This means that you would like to practice your speaking skills first with the teacher and the teacher should not worry about finishing the material because you will finish it off later.
”I would like us to do Free Conversation first. Do not worry about us finishing the material. I will finish it off later. “
I would like to start the lesson with a free conversation so I don"t mind if I do not finish the material.
I want to start the lesson with Free conversation so it is okay if we don"t finish the lesson material.
"I would like to start the lesson with a free conversation so I don"t mind if I do not finish the material. This explains to the teacher that it is okay if you don't finish all of the material as you want to have a free conversation first.
"I want to start the lesson with Free conversation so it is okay if we don"t finish the lesson material." This is another way of explaining that you want to start the lesson with a free conversation before starting the materials so it is okay if you don't complete them in the lesson.
“I would like to start the lesson with a free conversation so I don’t mind if I do not finish the material.”
“I want to start the lesson with Free conversation so it is okay if we don’t finish the lesson material.”
It's not that important if we finish the material but I'd like to have a free conversation before the lesson.
It's not that important if we finish the material but I'd like to have a free conversation before the lesson.
This means that it's more important to you to practice your speaking skills during the free
conversation than to finish the material.
The teacher will comply with your request as to what you would like to do during the lesson.
It's not that important if we finish the material but I'd like to have a free conversation before the lesson.
Let's start with free conversation. No problem if we don't finish the lesson material.
Explanation: "Let's ..." is a great way of making a proposal to do something together with someone.
Example sentence:
A. "Let's go to the cinema first, then go to the restaurant after."
B. "Sure, great idea!"
"Let's ..."
A. "Let's go to the cinema first, then go to the restaurant after."
B. "Sure, great idea!"
I would like to have a free conversation first, so it's fine if we don't finish the material
It's fine if we don't finish the materials I would like to have a free conversation first
If you want to do something before something else then you would say you want to do it 'first', if you are happy to do something then you would say 'it's fine' or 'it's ok'
if you complete something and get it all done then this is called 'finishing' or to 'finish' it
