You can apologise to the individual and then explain what you spelled wrong or just simply send the new spelling. In typing format we typically put a star (*) and then type the correct word. This lets the individual know which word you spelled incorrectly.
For example, ADITION so you would then say:
"I made a spelling error, sorry. *ADDITION".
This allows the person to quickly identify which word you spelled incorrectly.

If we made a mistake, we usually say oops as a friendly gesture. If you want to be precise about where you made the mistake then you can say you forgot an "e" between the "r" and "d".
A more simpler way, you can just say you missed an 'e', then correct it.
何か間違えた時は普通「friendly gesture（親しみを表すもの）」として "oops" と言います。
間違えたところを具体的に言いたいなら：
