1) 「子供の免疫機能は未発達なので、インフルエンザにかかりやすい」という意味になります。
immune system：「抗体」「免疫」
2) 「子供によっては免疫機能が未発達なのでインフルエンザに抵抗することが出来ない。」という意味になります。
