「前回言い忘れたのですが〜」になります。s
そして

"I forgot to mention", "I forgot to tell you"はそこまで意味に変わりはありませんが、mentionの方が若干フォーマルで、"tell you"の方は若干カジュアルな表現です。どちらも失礼にはならないのでお好きな方を選んでください。

前回は英語で last time といい、これも使えます。
普通に、but は however や although と同じように使えますが、この場合、 but しかつかいません。
「前回言い忘れましたが、私は実は○○も好きなんですよ。」
