○を○から○へ送り○月○日の朝には届くって英語でなんて言うの？

「○を○から○へ送り、○月○日の朝には届く。」とホテル滞在中のお客様につたえたいです。宜しくお願いします。

例文は、「お客様のスーツケースはホテルから空港に送られ、４月１２日の朝には届きます。」
という意味です。
例文２は、「お客様のゴルフクラブはホテルから送られ、４月１２日の朝にゴルフ場に届きます。」という意味です。

送ってしまった後に伝えるなら、have been sent や have been shipped ですが、もしこれから送るなら、will be sent または will be shippedになります。
例）Your suitcases will be sent to the airport from the hotel today and they will arrive on the morning of April 12th.

「４月１２日の朝」は on the morning of April 12th
「４月１２日の夜」は on the evening of April 12th
