\"interrogative sentence\"（「疑問文」）は文法の専門用語で、少し硬いです。日常会話なら\"question\"のほうが自然です。

「聞き取る」は\"understand\"とか\"catch\"などと翻訳できます。
例　\"Sorry, I didn't catch that. Could you repeat, please?\"　「すみません、今のは聞き取れませんでした。もう一回お願いできますか。」

\"to be bad at something\"は「苦手」、「下手」です。\"it is difficult for me to...\"は「～するのに苦労する」です。
