It's difficult for me to understand interrogative sentences.
"interrogative sentence"（「疑問文」）は文法の専門用語で、少し硬いです。日常会話なら"question"のほうが自然です。
「聞き取る」は"understand"とか"catch"などと翻訳できます。
例 "Sorry, I didn't catch that. Could you repeat, please?" 「すみません、今のは聞き取れませんでした。もう一回お願いできますか。」
"to be bad at something"は「苦手」、「下手」です。"it is difficult for me to..."は「～するのに苦労する」です。
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーI'm not good at catching/getting interrogatives.
「私は疑問文を聞き取るのが苦手です」
I'm not good at ... で「私は…が苦手です」
to catch または to get で「聞き取る」
