I am scheduled to fly tomorrow at 12.00 pm. or I have bought myself a round-the-world ticket and I will depart at 12.00 pm tomorrow. or I have bought myself a round-the-world fare and I will depart at 12.00 pm tomorrow.

Travelling is the most common phrase. It can mean travelling in just one country, or many countries! 'Hitting the road' is a phrase which means to travel to many places and for a long period of time. Globetrotting - 'Globe' means 'Earth' or 'World', and 'Trotting' or to 'Trot' is like walking or skipping. It is used to describe travelling to many different places, skipping from one country to another.
