「この二つの校舎はもうすぐ統合する」
この文脈で統合は combine, merge, あるいは join が良いと思います。
例）
この校舎と向かいの校舎は近いうち統合することになった
This school building is going to be combined / merged / joined with the other school building soon
この場合、どれでも大丈夫ですが、merged の方がよく聞くような気がします。
Unite という言葉もありますが、これはだいたい「同盟」や「連合」のよう文脈で使います。
