一概には言えないーIt cannot be generalised.
決してとは言えないよねーI can't say it for certain.
ずっと言いたかったけれども、そう簡単には言葉には出来ないよーI really wanted to say it all these years, but it is not that easy to put it into words.
「来てね」は英語でーPlease come./ Please visit us sometime./ Please come over my place.
「行くよ」ーI will (I'll) go./ I am going to go.
