2. フォーマルに仕事上でお聞きなさるのであれば、I was wondering if SVはとても使えます。SがVしていただけたかどうかが[気になります](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/33926/)という感じで先方に聞くことができます。

When sending a business email it is best to try and be as formal and polite as possible.
When asking someone to 'confirm' that they have received your email that means that if they do not reply to your second email, chances are they did not receive the first one. It is always polite to end such an email or request with 'thank you'.

You could use any of the words 'seen', 'received' or 'read' to say to the person if you have seen or read something it means they have looked at it or read what it says
To 'receive' something means that it has arrived
So a good way to way this is 'Have you received the email i sent you the other day'
