Admissionは「入学」という意味で、「入学比率」という意味の"admissions rate" はよく使います。

(受験した人の20%が受かるという意味です)
また、"acceptance rate"でもいいと思います。"acceptance"は「受け入れ」や「受かる」という意味です。例えば、"I was accepted into my first choice!" は「第一志望に受かった！」という意味になります。
なので、"acceptance rate"は受かった人の比率になります。
