Although ¥100, £1 and $1 are not all worth the same, the concept of a shop where all products are one price exist in many countries. In the UK we call these shops 'pound shops'. In the USA they are called 'dollar stores'.
These kind of shops are a big factor in many poorer people being able to afford basic products for their home. For example, in the UK at a normal supermarket a tube of toothpaste might cost around £3, but at the 'pound shop' the toothpaste is only £1.
So why go to the normal supermarket?
In the UK we have an independent currency (not euros) so the shop would be called 'a pound shop'.
"I go to the pound shop regularly - everything's a bargain!'
イギリスでは、(ユーロではなく)独自の通貨を使っています。ですから、こうした店は、'a pound shop'(1ポンドショップ)と言えるでしょう。
例文
"I go to the pound shop regularly - everything's a bargain!'
(1ポンドショップによく行くよ。売っている物は全部格安だよ)
In America it is called the One Dollar store and they are well known, where everything is cheaper and you can find many items that cost one dollar. One dollar equals to 111 yen.
These stores sell a lot of products that range from clothes to culinary to accessories. Sometimes you might find this 1$ symbol on the window indicating it is a one dollar store.
Hope this helps!

In America we have many 1-dollar stores. In these stores everything costs 1 dollar, no exceptions. There are also other shops that are very cheap, but they are usually referred to as Discount Stores, the products are discounted and cheap, but not at a set price of 1 dollar, like the dollar stores. I imagine we can say the same about a 100-Yen shop. If every product is 100 Yen, no exceptions, then you can refer to it as the 100-Yen Shop or even the 100-Yen discount Store.
