This could be a situation where you have to put all your energy into something or do the best you can, for example, in an exam.

-it means you will try as hard as you can, and you put all your effort to do something in the best way.
B) I will i will give it my best shot
- give it one's best shot. Make one's hardest or most enthusiastic attempt, as in I don't know if I can do it, but I'll give it my best shot.

a more casual way to express this is to say "i gave it my all" this also means that you gave 100% effort
