基本的にはどれも「I'll do my best. （ベストを尽くします。）」と同じような意味ですが、上記３つの方がより豊かな表現で、気持ちが込もって聞こえると思います。
また、「全力投球で頑張っています」と言いたい場合は
I'm giving my 100%.
などの表現もできます。

This could be a situation where you have to put all your energy into something or do the best you can, for example, in an exam.

B) I will i will give it my best shot
- give it one's best shot. Make one's hardest or most enthusiastic attempt, as in I don't know if I can do it, but I'll give it my best shot.

saying that you are using your maximum effort means that you are giving 100% when you are doing something. the word maximum means "the most possible"
a more casual way to express this is to say "i gave it my all" this also means that you gave 100% effort
