These questions, polite and formal, are asking whether one can 'change' rooms, to change is use another from the original.
'Is it possible' is a polite and causal way of starting a question, it is just another way of asking 'Can I?'.
to 'switch' is very similar to 'change', to switch something usually is used with 2 options, if one way doesn't work you would switch to the other option.

3) I want to change my room.
「I'd like」を使わなくて、「I want」に変えれば、もう少し君の希望が入っています。もっと強いお願いです。
1）I would like toということは何がしたいときよく言います。
I would like to は丁寧な言い方ですのでビジネス英語でも使える。
自分したいことだけではありませんが、相手の許可も聞いています。
「Change the room」は部屋の変更。
「I'm staying in」私は泊まっている。ingは使ったら現在の状態を注目する。
2) I'd はI wouldの略語です。
I'dは話し言葉みたいですけど失礼な言葉わけではありません。
「Like to change」変化をしたい。

When you have noisy roommates, this can be disruptive if you are trying to rest. So you can inform the staff member that your roommates are noisy then ask them if you can change rooms, it softens the request if you use please on the end, it is also seen as polite and good manners if you use the word please on the end when you are making your request.
