--- to clean (up one's room) = （部屋を）片付ける

「部屋が散らかしっぱなしでどこから片付けていいかわからない。

部屋が散らかっていることを
My room is so messy.
My room is such a mess.
などと言えます。

「どれから片付けていいかわからない」は
I don't know where to start cleaning.
I don't know where to begin tidying up.
などと言えます。
