〇〇に付ける（置く）ものだよ！って英語でなんて言うの？

何これ？と聞かれたときに、
物を説明する方法を教えていただきたいです。
・車の窓ガラスに貼る物だよ！
・靴ひもに付けるものだよ！
・タイヤに付けるものだよ（タイヤの飾りだよ！）
・トイレに置くものだよ！
など。

1) That's something you stick on your car window.
「車の窓に付ける（貼る）ものだよ。」
もし車のフロントガラスに貼る物なら、
That's something you stick on your windshield. となります。

2) That's something you put on your shoe laces.
「靴紐に付けるものだよ。」
「靴紐」は shoe laces 

3) That's something you put on top of the tank of your toilet.
「トイレに置くものだよ。」
トイレのタンクの上に置くと仮定して、on top of the tank of your toilet としました。
もしトイレにある棚に置く場合なら、put on a shelf in the bathroom と言えます。
