okay は結構カジュアルなので、丁寧な話し方で聞きたいときは、Is December 2nd also suitable? などと言えます。
日付はアメリカでは「月、日、年」(December 2nd, 2018) でいいますがイギリス、アイルランドなどでは「日、月、年」(2nd of December, 2018) の順で書きます。

12月2日も空いてますか？
Are you free は「時間空いてますか」「予定空いてますか」という意味です。
「12月2日も」のように「も」を入れたい時は、also, too, as well などと言えます。too と as well は also よりカジュアルな表現で、文章の最後に付けます。

Would you be free on the second of December as well?

「１２月２日も会うことができますか？」
available で「会うことができる・暇である」
