verb verb-ing （動詞＋動詞の進行形）で表すのが自然だと思います。

まずその子が男の子か女の子かによってHeとSheを使い分けましょう。
hit leg against the wallで壁に足をぶつける、fighting with another kidで他の子とけんかする、got a bruiseであざを作るという意味です。
