英文で使った"device"は「機械」になります。
「機能」は"function/feature"ということなのですが、英語では機会ができることを表す単語です。
例えば、
"The new Galaxy has a feature that lets you take a selfie by waving your hand."
「新しいGalaxyは手を振るだけでセルフィー撮れる機能があります。」

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

もしKindleのタブレットではなく、アプリを言うのであれば、このように言えます。
