２つの言い方があります

あなたがボーナスをもらう

あなたにボーナスを支給
両方同じ意味だからどっちでも大丈夫です。
もし日付２つあるけど日は同じで”20th of July and December”を言います。
・Bonuses are paid on July 20th and December 20th.
ボーナスは7月20日と12月20日に支給されます。
・Bonuses are distributed on July 20th and December 20th.
賞与（ボーナス）は7月20日と12月20日に支給されます。
英語で日付を言う時は、「July 20th」や「December 20th」のように（20th）を使うのが一般的です。
