❶What’s your pain on a scale of 1 to10？
(あなたの痛みの程度を1から10で言うと、今は何？)
そのあとこう説明を加えれます:
1 being “no pain” and 10 being “very painful.”
(1が 「痛みなし」で、10が 「すごく痛む」という基準で)。
自分のことを話す場合は:
My pain on a scale of 1 to10 is a 6．
(私の痛みの程度を1から10で言うと、今は6です)。
The pain is getting much better than before,
(痛みが前より大分マシになってきた)。
