地震だ！はいつも「It’s an earthquake」。英文法は主語が必要なので「it」を使います。
机の下に隠れて！は複数の言い方があります。
もし学校で学生は自分の机の上に隠れるなら「get under your desks」と言います。自分の机ではなくてもいいなら「get under a desk」と言います。
Getは位置が変わることを表現します。
Hideは体を隠す印象が強いです。
地震があった時職場に居たら、「① Earthquake!! Hide under a desk!」と叫ぶのがいいと思います。
もちろん、机じゃなくてもテーブルでも同じく「hide under」を使います。
余談になりますが、この間youtubeで東日本大震災のビデオを見ていたら、イギリス人が動画をアップしてました。彼は、机の下に隠れるよりも直感的に非常階段を降りてビルを脱出しました。
僕も地震にあった時同じ反応です。
周りにいる日本人は皆机の下に隠れますが。
どっちが正しいんでしょう。。。逃げるかか隠れるか。
