地震だ！はいつも「It’s an earthquake」。英文法は主語が必要なので「it」を使います。
机の下に隠れて！は複数の言い方があります。
もし学校で学生は自分の机の上に隠れるなら「get under your desks」と言います。自分の机ではなくてもいいなら「get under a desk」と言います。
Getは位置が変わることを表現します。
Hideは体を隠す印象が強いです。
