親と過ごす時間よりも友達と過ごす時間の方が長いって英語でなんて言うの？

most of my time はほんとんどの時間と言う意味として使います。

than I do with my family は家族と過ごす時間に比べてと言う意味です。

英語では2つの物を比べる時に、than あるいはcompared to を使う事が多いです。是非参考になれば良いです。

I spend most of my day at school with my friends; therefore, I end up spending more time with my friends compared to the time I spend with my family at home on weekdays. は学校で友達と過ごす時間の方が家でいる時間に比べてはるかに長いので、友達と過ごす時間の方が平日は長くなります。と言う意味として使います。

therefore はですからと言う意味です。
