Sサイズ、Mサイズそれぞれ洋服本体のタグ表記は何ですかって英語でなんて言うの？

洋服に付いているタグのサイズを聞く方法ですよね？
それでしたら、

1) What size does the tag say it is?
「タグのサイズは何になってますか？」
ズボンの場合は複数扱いになるので、What size does the tag say they are? となります。

2) What size is on the tag?
3) What size does it say on the tag?
「タグのサイズはなんですか？」
