まだ包装から出してないので交換してもらえませんか？って英語でなんて言うの？
購入した洋服のサイズが大き過ぎたため、小さいサイズに交換を依頼てしたいです。まだ包装から出しておらず、タグなども切ってないので、新品同様であることを伝えたいです。

exchange で「交換する」
