「内定」のコンセプトは実は西洋にはあまり存在しないと思います。
内定って、公式ではないですよね。
でも、ほぼ確実って感じだと思います。
西洋ではオファーがあるかどうか、Yes or no になります。
その背景で「① I got a job offer to be/become an English teacher.」が適切です。
Become, be、どちらを選ぶかというと、「講師になる」＝become、「講師として」＝be、と捉えておくといいと思います。

「内定」は正式でない、ということで"unofficial"でいいと思います。
最初のは「非公式だけど採用された。」
二番目は「まだ非公式だけれど、英語の先生としての試験に通った。」
ということで、このあと、
An official hiring notice will come later.
（あとで正式な採用通知がきます。）
など続くと日本語でいう「内定」という意味がより深まりますね。
アメリカ人は確実に就職するときに「I got the job!」と言います。
内定の場合は、「I got a job offer!」（仕事の提供）と言います。つまり、会社は仕事を提供していますが、就かない可能性もあります。
もし前から英会話講師を目指すことを友達に言ったなら、「I got a job offer!」でも大丈夫です。
でも相手はどの仕事かわからない場合「I got a job offer to be an English teacher!」と言います。
もし特定な会社を目指して、「その会社の内定をもらった！」と言いたいなら、
相手はあなたがその会社を目指すことがわかった場合
「I got the job offer!」と言います。
相手はあなたがその会社を目指すことがわからなかった場合
「I got a job offer from (company)!」と言います。
「the」は共通している情報を表現します。
「a」は相手がわからない情報を表現します。

I just got a job offer as an English conversation teacher
A company or individual wants to employ you to teach English conversation. Informally. you can say: "I just got a job offer.." More formally:
"I've just heard that I have been successful in my job application to be an English conversation teacher."
会社、個人があなたを英会話講師として雇用するという場面です。
口語的には：
I just got a job offer.
（私は、採用通知をもらいました）
と言えます。
よりフォーマルには：

Job offers are commonly called offers or opportunities. The position has not been secured as yet but the company which I making the offer is interested in choosing you. When you go through the appropriate procedures or simply accept then your position will be finalized. Every company is different in how they hire people, so just follow the instructions given.

Both of these expressions are accurate and formal when telling someone about a specific job you got. In the U.S. a job can be also called "position". Before you use the word position you state the name of the job you got.

英語の先生のポジションをもらいました。
どちらの表現も、あなたがもらったある仕事のことを誰かに話すとき、的確で、フォーマルな表現です。アメリカでは、仕事のことを"position"とも言います。positionという言葉を使う前に、もらった仕事の名前を言います。
