if it's → ～なら
within 4 hours of → ～の4時間以内
the lesson → 授業、レッスン
「授業」はclassとも言います。classは普通、教室で、生徒が複数いる場合です。生徒が一人だけでも、複数いてもlessonと言うことが出来ます。
