Colleague, co-worker, workmate, associate, partner
'Work mate' and 'colleague' both refer to other people you work with. 'Colleague' is a more formal word.

"co-worker":

一番使いやすいは「a coworker」です。「A colleague」も同じ意味で、同じように、同じ場合に使えて便利です。けど発音はちょっと難しいです。Associate も言えますが、少し丁寧な言い方です。A peer はチームメイト、クラスメイト、同い年人も含むから、一番適切ではありません。

all three of the above are applicable, associate may be a slightly more formal term, the most commonly used in a smaller work environment would be colleague which indicates familiarity with that person whereas co-worker would indicate a larger workforce and someone you know works there but you are not very familiar with.
