"for your work" = 「仕事で」、「仕事のために」
"current" = 「現在の」、「今の」
プログラミング言語は、"Coding languages" とも言います。

I heard there are over two hundred coding languages. But, I use only two of them, Python and Ruby.

"over 〜" = 「～以上」 "more than～" という意味でも使われます。
