coin laundry 「コインランドリー」は和製英語なので、日本に住んでいる外国人とかであれば coin laundry と言っても通じますが、米国では laundromat と言い、イギリス英語だと launderette というそうです。
There's a new laundromat in the supermarket というとスーパーの建物の中にコインランドリーができた、という感じです。They built a new laundromat at the corner of the supermarket というと、スーパーの中の一番端にコインランドリーができた、という感じになります。
They just opened a laundromat inside that supermarket at the back corner.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーThey just opened a laundromat inside that supermarket at the back corner.
「あのスーパーの奥の隅にコインランドリーがオープンしたよ」
to open a laundromat で「コインランドリーが開店する」
