地球に似た惑星は多くありエイリアンはいると考えるのが妥当だって英語でなんて言うの？

「地球に似た惑星は多くありエイリアンはいると考えるのが妥当だ」を訳してみました。
①It's reasonable to say (that) many planets (that are) similar to Earth and aliens exist.
「～が妥当だ」というのはit's reasonable to sayといいます。
reasonableは「合理的」という意味です。
「ある」と「いる」を両方表すexist(存在する)を使いました。

②We can't rule out the possibility (that) there are planets similar to the Earth and aliens in the universe.
「we(you) can't rule out the possibility」は、「～の可能性を排除できない」という意味です。
「universe」は「宇宙」です。

直訳で
地球に似た環境を持つ惑星はたくさんある、
そのため宇宙に宇宙人がいると考えるのは自然/妥当です。

Alienの代わりに
Extraterrestrial life; 地球外生命体
も表現にはよっては良いですね。
ちなみに映画ETはExtraterrestrialの略です。
