31日って英語でなんて言うの？

「３１」だけならthirty-oneですが、日付のは順序数をつかうので、thirty-firstと言います。書くときは英文字ではなく31stと表記するのが普通です。

例文
私の誕生日は1月31日です。
My birthday is on January 31st.

例文
31日にセールがあります。
There will be a sale on the 31st.
