1. The scene evoked feelings of terror within him.
   This scenery have evoked him feelings of terrorをより自然な英語に書き換えると、The scene evoked feelings of terror within him.になります。

sceneryは景色を意味するので、恐怖を喚起させる風景の場合は「the scene/the sight」と言いましょう。
have evokedは動詞が重ねているので、「evoked」だけでいいです。
誰かに何かを喚起させるとき、「evoked ~ in/within him/her/them」と言います。

2. The sight struck terror into his heart.
   「evoke」は使っていませんが、他にある言い方は、「The sight struck terror into his heart.」です。
   同じような意味ですが、こちらの方が文学的で普段はあまり会話などで使いません。
