せいぜい～するくらいって英語でなんて言うの？

“If you get bitten by a dog you might die, but if you get bitten by a cat the most that could happen is that you'd bleed.”　（犬に噛まれたら死ぬかもしれないが、猫に噛まれたらせいぜい血が出るくらい） 「一番いい結果としても」なら “at best” を使います。「最悪の結果としても」なら “at worst” を使います。

At most, you'll just bleed a little. The worst you'll get is a little bleeding. At worst, it might make you bleed. The most that will happen is a few scratches and some bleeding. 「せいぜい～するくらい」は英語では、 at most at worst the most that will happen is ... the worst you'll get is ... などで表現できます。
