「どこの店舗でも働けます」は英語で「I can work at any store」と言います。「店」は「store」でも言えますが、他の言い方は「branch」（支店）や「location」（場所）です。「どこのXでもY...」と言う形は「I can Y at any X...」になります。
どこの店舗でも働けます。シフトの希望は基本平日ですが週末でも働けます。

any location（どこの場所でも、どの店舗でも）という表現を使うことで伝えることができます。
"I am available to work at any of your branches."
「私は御社のどの支店（店舗）でも働くことが可能です（対応できます）」という意味の表現です。
