旅行の荷物を宅配便の営業所で受け取りたいという依頼を受けました。「営業所留め」というのでしょうか。荷物との引換券である「お客様控え」を紛失しないようにお伝えしたく「 Please hand the slip to the staff, you can get your baggage.」と作文してみました。よろしくお願い申し上げます。

「控え」は slip の他に ticket とも言えます。

「営業所の人にこの紙を渡したら、あなたのスーツケースを受け取れます。」
「控え」は簡単に this piece of paper「この紙切れ」のように言ったりもします。
