多分ファイルで送っているものと存じますので、Data fileとするとより語弊が少ないと思います。
「修正データ」の表し方は色々あります。
modified; 「修正された」を使ってthe modified data file;修正データとする。
updated;「更新された」を使ってthe updated data file; 更新データとする。
または
latest; 「最新の」を使ってthe latest data file;最新データとする。
どれを使うかはお好みでどうぞ。
reflect;反映する/反映される
reflect the requested changes; 指示された変更点を反映する。
文で見る場合、
the modified data file which reflects the requested changes
が一つの名詞として機能しています。

"I am sending you an updated version." This explains that you are sending them a file that is better and newer than the last.
"Updated file" Means a file that has changed or more in it than the last.

When sending documents it is important that you make sure that everything is correct and you didn't make any grammar errors.
However if you need to resend the file after revising or making amendments you can use the above sentences.
To make amendments it means to fix any mistakes.
書類を送るときは、文法間違いがないかなど、あっているかどうかを必ず調べましょう。
修正を加えたうえで上記の文を送る場合、上の文章を使うことができます。
make amendmentsとは、間違いを直す、という意味です。

Attached hereto please find the updated file. The previously sent file has been superseded by this one and should be deleted.
Attached hereto please find the amended file which replaces the previously sent one.
In the first message, you have included an attachment of the revised file which the recipient should use.
You then politely ask the recipient to delete the previously sent one to avoid confusion.
In the second message, you use the word 'updated' to mean that the information appearing on the previously sent file has changed to include fresh information.
Therefore, the previously sent file has been superseded, is no longer valid and should be deleted to avoid confusion.
In the third message, you use the word 'amended' which implies that some minor changes were made to the previously sent file which should no longer be used as it has been replaced by this one.
By using the word "draft" and "edit" you are explaining that you have been working on the document and this is the final and finished document. These are both commonly used in the UK.
"Updated version" could be used for the final and finished document but can also be used if you intend to send another updated version again afterwards.

revised は「修正した」というニュアンスを持つ英語表現です。
