重要なテーマって英語でなんて言うの？

テーマをthemeと訳しても問題はないと思います。 文脈によって、issueという単語も使えます。 「社会にとって女性の活躍が重要なテーマになってきた」： "The active participation of women in our society has become an important theme/issue for our society"というふうに訳せます。 ご参考になると良いです！
