「まだ新しい仕事に慣れていない。」
be used to ... で「…に慣れている」なので be not used to で「…に慣れていない」と言えます。
同じ意味で下のようにも言えます。
=I'm still not used to my new job.
ーI haven't gotten the hang of things at my new job quite yet.
「まだ新しい職場で仕事のことなどがよくわかっていない。」
get hang of ... で「…にコツを掴む・理解する」という意味です。
