この表現を使うとき、「形」＝「shape」や「作った」＝「created」となります。一般的に「作った」＝「made」ですが、この状況では「created」の方が適当だと思います。
あとはクッキをもう作ったので、過去形の「was」＝「でした」を使います。
因みに「cat」の前に「the」も必要です。
