信頼してくれていいんだよ、なんでも話したいことを聞かせて、と言う風にしてみました。shareは話を打ち明ける と言う風にも使います。
他にも、I'd rather be happy if you could share how you are feeling. Don't keep your feelings bottled up. （感じていることを話してくれた方が嬉しいよ。感情を抑えないで。）などもいいですね。このbottle upは隠すとか抑えるとか言う意味です。
