Although having pets is permitted by the rules of our apartment building, it entails/involves some problems. （例文１のほうがカジュアル・例文２はフォーマルです） 許される be allowed・ be permitted 問題がある（問題を含む) entail certain problems (entail はinvolveでも可） (certainは、わかっていても、はっきり言わない時に使います。意味的にはsome と同じです） あるいは come with some problem （come with で『~が付いてくる』） 問題はissue でもよいですが、problemの方が『困った問題』という感じがはっきりします。 なお、apartment は 各人のマンション、apartment building はマンション全体のビルのことです。 （apartment は、もともとapart(分けられた）ものという意味ですので、マンションでもアパートでも、賃貸でも分譲でも、一戸建て以外、全て指します。）
