留学で太り、帰ってきて少しだけ戻りましたが、
まだまだ行く前より全然太っています。

I'm still quite a lot bigger than ...「…よりまだかなり太っている」

例：
I gained a lot of weight while I was in the States.  I've lost a little bit since I came back to Japan, but I think I'm still heavier than I was before I went to the States.
「アメリカ滞在中にかなり太った。帰国してから少し痩せたけど、行く前よりまだ太っている。」
