「能力が低下する」は英語で２つの表現を紹介したいと思います。一番使いやすいのは Ability will decline です。「能力」は英語で ability と言います。良く動名詞と使われています。例えば、listening ability(聴聞の能力), speaking ability(発声の動力), dancing ability(ダンスの能力)など。 「低下」は英語で decline か lower と言います。両方は同じ意味ですが、decline の方がビジネス的な言い方です。Lower はどの場合で利用できます。例えば、
