自然治癒力って英語でなんて言うの？

「自然治癒力」はnatural healing power と表現できます。 例）It will strengthen the natural human healing power. それが人間本来の自然治癒力を高めます。 「自己治癒力」であれば、2番目の self-healing power でも通じます。 I do not want to drink medicine so frequently because medicine reduces natural healing power. 「自然治癒力が低下するから、あまり頻繁に薬を飲みたくない」 と説明できます。 日本には中国から来た漢方薬”herbal medicine”が浸透しているので、自然治癒力が極度に低下することなく体質や症状改善＆病気の予防ができていいですね。 ちなみに西洋医学は ”Western medicine” といいます。 お役に立てば幸いです。

自然治癒力=　natural healing power, self-healing power, spontaneous cure 色々な表現がありますが、一番一般的なのはnatural healing powersだと思います。 特にthe body's natural healing powersというと自然治癒力に一番近い表現になると思います。 したがって、 I don't want to take medications frequently because it decreases/ lowers my body's natural healing powers.
