のように言いたいとことですが、これだと不自然な言い方になるので、下のように言うと良いでしょう。

「ラーメンをずっと食べているのにまだ山盛りのようだ」=「このラーメン食べても食べても全然減らない」
I've been eating and eating ... で「…をずっと食べている」
it still looks like it's full で「まだ満杯・山盛りのよう」
