右手にドリンクバーがあります。
正面にはごはん、お味噌汁カレーなどがありますが、係が取り分けます。
サラダ、ヨーグルなどはセルフサービスです。
お食事以外の時はマスクと手袋の着用をお願いします。

他の方がすでに回答されていますので補足として、北米で生活していてよく目にする言い方をあげておきます。
Masks and gloves are required.
このようにrequireを使って「マスクと手袋の着用をお願いします」と言えます。
上記の解答例のように「食事中以外は」とすることもできますし
Masks are required when waiting in the reception area, going to the washroom, (などなど）というように、「このような時はマスクを着用してください」と箇条書きで提示するのも良いと思います。

また
Masks are mandatory upon entry.
「入るにはマスクの着用が必須」というような文言も目にします。
mandatoryは義務という意味です。
