英語でアンケートを作るとき、「Q1の答えがYesならば、どの組織で、どのように働いていたのか教えてください」と聞きたいのですが、
"If your answer to Q1is Yes, what did you do in which type of organization?"であってますか？自然な聞き方はありますでしょうか。
「Q1の答えがYesならば」は If your answer to Q1 is yes, ... でも良いですし
ーIf the answer to Q1 is yes, ...
ーIf you answered yes to Q1, ...
のようにも言えます。
例：
If the answer to Q1 is yes, please describe what you did and what kind of organization it was.
「もしQ1の答えがYesなら、どのような組織でどのように働いていいたか説明してください。」
describe で「説明する・述べる・記述する」
